The Danish Rock Council coorporates with Music Export Norway in arranging the event Nordic Nights at SXSW, that seems to get more and more attention every year.

The Crunchy Frog band Epo-555 opened the Nordic Nights Thursday. The legendary reporter from Rolling Stones Magazine, David Fricke saw the show and was very pleased with the music and the performance.
So did several international record companies says head of Crunchy Frog, Yebo without revealing any details.

The representatives of the international music business also showed interest in The Danish act The Royal Highness. Especially Dirk Schade, the booker of German equivalent to SXSW, Popkommwas very enthusiastic about The Royal Highness and already wanted to book them now for Popkomm in September.

The other Danish acts were Tina Dickow, The Figurines, Veto and Sarah Hepburn.
