Roskilde Festival is the largest music festvial in Northern Europe. The festival this year has already sold 75.000 tickets which means it is sold out. It takes plase 29 June - 2 July.

This year Bob Dylan, Guns’n’roses, Primal Scream and Morrissey are among the headliners, and Nordic acts like Figurines, Under Byen, Jenny Wilson and the legendary Icelandic Sigur Rós are also put on display.

Roskilde Festival was held for the first time in 1971, and has traditionally been a rock festival. But throughout the nineties Roskilde Festival extended its musical profile and offers performances by some of the finest og most progressive acts from the electronic scene.

This year’s Roskilde Festival will also present a small part of the eksperimental jazz scene and as always a large number of world music acts in all kinds of shapes.
