World Music Fesival WMF 2008 presents upcoming Danish bands witthin reggae, balkan, klezmer, flamenco and salsa at the Copenhagen venue Global on 11th and 12th April 2008. The festival is organized by World Music Denmark and Global.
The programme features the following bands:

Friday 11th April

The Skallywags (ska authentic, rocksteady & reggae)
Carobuzzos (ghettolingo & samba)
Von Dü (dancehall-reggae)
Voodoom (roots reggae)
VQEE (African traditional and modern sounds)

Saturday 12th April

Grupo Koledna (beautiful and acoustic Balkan music)
Supertrabant (glittering new Balkan compositions)
Bhatiz (modern World Music)
Klepti Klepti (fine and wild Balkan tunes)
