Nordic Music Days is a festival organised every second year by the Nordic Composers' Council, and is held in the five Nordic countries by turns. The Nordic Composers' Council has also initiated co-operation between various international festivals, with whom it exchanges concert programmes and ensembles. Nordic Music Days
The Öresund Biennale Sound Around is a festival for contemporary music in the Öresund Region with Malmö, Helsingborg and Copenhagen as the central points. The festival takes place every second year and is organised by the Danish Composers’ Society and Musik I Syd in collaboration with the music institutions of the Öresund Region.
