Koncerthuset The new Danish Radio concert building comprises four studios, the large hall (Studio 1) with 1,800 seats, Studio 2 with 540 seats, Studio 3 for small concerts and rehearsals (170 seats), and Studio 4, a flexible hall with maximum 183 seats. Jean Nouvel’s unique building will be inaugurated in January 2009. The building is the home of DR's orchestras and choirs, but all genres of music and cultural events will take place in the building.

The Copenhagen Opera House The Copenhagen Opera House opened in 2005. The opera house comprises a main stage which seats an audience of approx. 1500, and an experimental stage with approx. 200 seats. The main stage is used also for rock and jazz concerts.
